The 1st annual Trivia Night Fundraiser

It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to the 1st annual Trivia Night fundraiser hosted by Niagara Peninsula Homes (NPH). The purpose of this fundraiser, as with previous fundraisers, is to raise funds for the Peggy Dobrin Fund, a charitable fund held by our registered charity, Niagara Women’s Enterprise Centre (NWEC). These fund are used for extra program costs of the various training programs delivered to women and youth with multiple barriers to employment. The fund also assist women, who graduate from our programs, who wish to pursue a post-secondary education by providing a small scholarship. Over the past two years, we have raised $8,000. As funding is cut, we rely on these funds to assist our clients for extra travel costs, uniforms, and program costs not covered by funders and of course the scholarships.  

Here's what you need to know:

Location: Delphi’s Banquet Hall, Niagara Falls, 4414 Portage Road
Time: Doors open at 5:30 pm, dinner buffet (pasta, meatballs, potato salad, garden salad, rolls and butter) at 6:00 pm, trivia begins at 7:00 pm SHARP
Trivia: Trivia Master Ryan Crawford and EMCEE Fred Fera
Activities: Bake Sale, raffle table, 50/50 draw, wine raffle, cash bar

The Trivia Night can be a success, but we need your help.

The event will be held on Saturday, November 5th at Delphi’s Banquet Hall in Niagara Falls. This will be an exciting and entertaining filled fundraiser where teams will challenge each other through a wide range of trivia questions; as people test their good luck within several draws and contests. Within this evening, guests can learn more about NPH and NWEC and the various services and community development programs we are involved with.

Here is how you can help. We are seeking sponsors for the event. We are also seeking gifts for prizes for a silent auction. Please find below a sponsor/donor pamphlet which outlines how we will recognize your contribution to this event. Also included is a registration form should you choose to participate within our event, bring 8 people together and purchase a table! If you do donate a prize, please be sure to include a business card with the value of the gift that you so kindly provide.
