Professional Restaurant Server and Etiquette Certificate Program

Niagara’s hospitality and tourism industry needs personnel who are professionals in the art of serving their guest. Learn proper plate, glassware and tray handling, up-selling techniques, ensuring guest satisfaction, wine service, maintaining professionalism, and so much more.
If this is your first time as a Server, or you are looking to refine your skills, this program will teach you what you need to know.

Professional Banquet Server Certificate Program
Niagara’s Food and Beverage Industry needs professionals who are certified in the art of serving large groups of guests at conferences, special events, festivals, restaurants, wineries, weddings, and other catered functions. Learn to be a server that is able to understand guest needs, ensure guest satisfaction, work in a team, display confidence and professionalism and take pride in a job well done. No experience needed.
